Update

Hmm, lots to update. Wedding’s been and gone (great day, more info later). Lou’s in India again – Delhi first, then Goa. Finally, Lisa sent me a great article from Personel Today.

Apparently, Bank of America staff in Canary Wharf have been issued a “emergency kits to be used in a terror attack”. So what’s in them? M16? Kevlar vest? NBC suit?Nah…

The Wharf newspaper reports that the kits contain masks, goggles, key ring torches and whistles, together with an FM radio, boiled sweets and water.

As Lisa so rightly commented, with the exception of the FM radio, the rest sounds more suitable for a night out at the Fridge or Turnmills. Still, doesn’t matter if the building’s falling down around your ears, so long as you’ve got a boiled sweetie to suck.
