Poster spam?

Travelling home on the tube last night, I came across what appeared to be the very first poster-spam I’ve ever seen – see what you think. This is the poster in situ, on a southbound Northern Line train:

  1. I noticed these too, infact I found your site by googling for the AVP link. It appears the lottery is legit (http://www.usais.org/gcl_faq.htm) and designed to increase the diversity of the nationality of immigrants.

    None of these visas are avai
