Its grim up north…

…although that’s actually a lie. Tonight we head north for a visit home and a birthday party on Sunday. We’re also hoping to pick up a few bits and pieces of furniture and other such stuff…TV, etc. etc.

So – 6 hours of driving tonight – joy of joys. Also, I had my mobile (cellphone) nicked 2 days ago, which was a pest. I now have a shiny new Samsung N620 – pretty nice, though I’m undecided whether I preferred the Sony. Its got really funky polyphonic ringtones – they sound like the music from a gameboy or something.

Boring boring boring. Waiting on approvals day, so a bit dull.

Back to work….

argh argh argh! Still, could be worse… (at the moment!) I still have work to go to [edit!], so can’t complain too hard.

Home again…

…alive, kicking and positively vociferous! Combatting hunger (of at least an hour) with Swedish potato crisps and lager to counter our holiday blues. Have seen loads of interesting and beautiful sights, and taken plenty of photos. Watch out for a new travel section at theanorak! (probably @ www.theanorak.org/travel). Coming soon! Stay tuned…

Quick holiday entry

A quick entry posted from the shores of Estonia itself…no, we’re not sad enough to have done this every day – we’ll be backdating the entries, and I’ll change the date on this one…

Posted from the International Press Cafe above the Apollo bookshop on Viru St, in Tallinn’s old town. The short story – its BRILLIANT here!
